ToletIndia.com has been planned as a meeting room for the Renters and the Landlords.
The Landlords, having rentable properties will have to register on this site with their complete address, phone number, and contact e-mail addresses. The administrator will usually verify these contacts before registering them on the site.
Once accepted, the Landlords will be able to list their properties and upload their photos to provide as much information as possible about the properties.
The Estate Brokers and Realty Agents will be able to register themselves under a separate category.
The Renters looking for some property on rent, will be able to register on this site free of cost with properly functioning e-mail and phone number.
The Administrator will usually verify them before accepting their registration. This will be necessary to safeguard the Landlords and Brokers/Agents from receiving any fake queries.
